Overview

The Value Based Market Support Senior Professional is responsible for providing comprehensive market support across assigned markets to ensure Value-Based Program (VBP) contract requirements and market objectives are achieved.

In Short

• Responsible for end-to-end market support for assigned Medicaid markets.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Review Meetings (QBR) with market leaders.
• Provide updates on VBP model performance and consult on strategy.
• Prepare and analyze data for effective decision-making.
• Research and answer market or provider questions on VBP models.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the rollout of new VBP models.
• Manage project plans for new market implementations.
• Advise Medicaid market leaders on VBP model timing and rollout strategy.
• Support onboarding of market Network Optimization team.
• Drive development of implementation readiness materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience at a health plan in value-based care.
• 3+ years experience in data analysis and analytics.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage processes from concept to completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
