Group Medicare Consumer Engagement Professional - Remote

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Consumer Engagement Professional 2 oversees the enrollment, education, engagement, and activation duties for client groups regardless of segment, and for product where warranted.

In Short

• Oversee enrollment and education for client groups.
• Contribute to business strategy to ensure enrollment success.
• Identify member education opportunities.
• Make independent decisions regarding work methods.
• Travel required: 75% of the time.
• Effective communication and presentation skills required.
• Health and Life license needed (or in process of obtaining).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Requirements

• Health and Life license (or in process).
• Valid state driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Travel 75% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Previous project management experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
