Overview

As a RevOps Architect at Go Nimbly, you will lead strategy and solution design across the sales engagement tech stack, helping clients drive revenue through operational efficiency.

In Short

• Own solution design for complex projects involving Gong and related tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to architect technical solutions.
• Define best practices around conversation intelligence and sales engagement.
• Lead integration efforts between Gong and platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Stay updated on Gong features and sales tech trends.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on solutions to the team.
• Act as an ambassador within the Revenue Operations space.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Ops roles.
• Deep understanding of Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft.
• Proven ability to lead discovery and scope projects.
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce architecture.
• Experience with lean and agile development.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: Salesforce Application Architect certification.
