Overview

The RevOps Architect will lead strategy and solution design across the sales engagement tech stack, helping clients drive revenue and operational efficiency.

• Own solution design for complex projects involving tools like Gong, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to architect technical solutions.
• Define best practices around conversation intelligence and sales engagement.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Act as an ambassador within the Revenue Operations space.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields.
• Deep understanding of Gong and other sales tech tools.
• Proven ability to lead discovery and build consensus.
• Strong technical skills in Salesforce architecture.
• Experience in lean and agile development.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect certification.
