Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

The Graphic Designer will support the development of high-impact visual concepts, brand explorations, and multimedia content for early-stage initiatives across our platform. This role operates within an incubator-style environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to rapidly ideate, visualize, and bring to life innovative concepts that shape the future of our HR tech, global payroll, and AI-driven solutions.

In Short

• Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for early-stage product ideas.
• Develop mood boards, brand explorations, style directions, and visual guidelines.
• Work in Figma to design UI elements and visual prototypes.
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, animations, and video content.
• Edit and produce short-form videos for product demos and marketing experiments.
• Create motion graphics for complex AI/automation concepts.
• Partner with UI/UX designers and product managers for asset generation.
• Support concept sprints with fast-turnaround visuals and prototypes.
• Ensure experimental concepts align with brand standards.
• Provide creative recommendations for clarity and storytelling effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3–7 years of graphic design experience in tech or innovation-focused environments.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong video and motion design skills.
• Ability to create visually compelling designs for digital and multimedia.
• Experience with early-stage ideas or innovation programs is a plus.
• Ability to work with speed and creativity in evolving environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
