Associate Counsel, Investments and Portfolio - Remote

Overview

The Associate Counsel, Investments and Portfolio will join the Global Legal Team at 500 Global, advising on and managing the legal aspects of the company's portfolio of companies, including venture deals, legal requests, and corporate governance.

In Short

• Coordinate legal review for accelerator documentation, financings, and M&A transactions.
• Interact with founders and co-investors globally.
• Manage legal requests from portfolio companies.
• Support legal operations and compliance matters.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in venture, M&A, or corporate law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (L.L.B.) with bar admission.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and action-oriented approach.
• Passion for technology and venture capital.
