Overview

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is looking for a dedicated Towing Company Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our client towing companies and our service operations, ensuring that all account activities run smoothly and effectively. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and support to our partners in the towing industry.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day communications and relationships with client towing companies.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new towing accounts.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of towing services.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client accounts.
  • Generate and send out regular invoices to clients.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients for feedback and support.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in account management or customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in invoicing and billing processes.
  • Familiarity with the towing industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Sales experience is beneficial.
