In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our client towing companies and our service operations, ensuring that all account activities run smoothly and effectively. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and support to our partners in the towing industry.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day communications and relationships with client towing companies.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new towing accounts.
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of towing services.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client accounts.
• Generate and send out regular invoices to clients.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients for feedback and support.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements
