Overview

We are looking for candidates with experience in PV-Pharma covigilance, specifically those with a Medical Information Call Center Certificate (MICC). This role involves conducting quality reviews and ensuring the accuracy of medical information.

In Short

• Conduct quality reviews of cases received by call handlers.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of information in the LSMI database.
• Listen to recorded calls and provide feedback to call handlers.
• Assign follow-up tasks to collect missing information.
• Handle escalated calls and monitor calls through the QMS tool.
• Maintain process trackers and update clients within timelines.
• Act as a backup call handler when needed.
• Complete all project-specific training on time.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable therapeutic areas and disease states.
• Expert in handling safety databases and literature tools.

Requirements

• Medical Information Call Center Certificate (Required)
• Profound knowledge in Medical and product dictionaries.
• Expert knowledge on global regulations governing pharmacovigilance.
• Experience in data reconciliation and maintaining dashboards.
• Ability to present Project Status Reports to clients.
