Sr. ePCR Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Sr. ePCR Data Analyst develops or modifies moderately complex systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

In Short

• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic difficulties.
• Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
• Responsible for workflow engineering including business process flow and organizational structure.
• Re-engineer business processes in financial departments to enhance systems.
• Facilitate performance improvement projects including data analysis and project execution.
• Examine and compile statistical data to aid company decision-making.
• Process operational, clinical, and financial data for meaningful insights.
• Conduct secondary market research and quantitative analysis.
• Develop regular Development KPI reports.
• Interact with end-users to understand and communicate solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Data Analysis & Project Management experience.
• Experience with computer graphics presentations, flowcharts, and organizational charts.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.
• Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changing job environments.
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills.
