In Short

  • Manage tools, subscriptions, and office-related tasks remotely.
  • Maintain inventory and material lists.
  • Provide ad-hoc support when needed.
  • Create contracts and manage personnel data.
  • Be the first point of contact for team policies and documents.
  • Contribute ideas for streamlining HR processes.
  • Assist with recruiting tasks such as job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare outgoing invoices and manage incoming receipts.
  • Organize bookkeeping for the tax office.
  • Work in a diverse, established team that values trust and flexibility.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR, office, or administration.
  • Excellent German (C1+) and good English skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and independence.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and Personio.
  • Desire to work in a thoughtful and responsible environment.
