Senior AI Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior AI Product Manager, you’ll join as a foundational member of our team, working closely with our Head of Product to shape Gladia’s strategy and define the future of Voice AI features.

In Short

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for all Voice AI features – from strategy to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to define and execute on key OKRs.
• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and prioritize features to deliver impactful solutions.
• Own product strategy and translate it into clear requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Partner with our Head of Product on voice-first innovation, scaling our API’s capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including in our New York office, and travel regularly to align on strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Technical background (engineering degree OR dev xp preferred) with a solid understanding of APIs and AI products.
• Proven track record in building and scaling AI-powered products or infrastructure.
• Experience in product strategy and OKR ownership, with a founder mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
• Bonus point: Experience working on real-time AI or audio-related projects.
