The Global Director of Country Operations (GDCO) plays a critical role in strengthening the infrastructure and effectiveness of GiveDirectly’s country offices, ensuring high-quality implementation of global standards.

• Deep experience in managing country operations, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Expertise in HR, compliance, procurement, and risk management.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

• Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leveraging new technologies for operational effectiveness.

• Language proficiency in English; French, Portuguese, or Swahili preferred.
