• Responsible for application design, development, and support of GitLab-related Professional Services projects.
• Demonstrate leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.
• Hands-on implementation and delivery of Professional Services engagements.
• Coordinate functional implementation activities for large scale enterprise projects.
• Mentor consultants on best practices and implementation strategies.
• Provide documentation, delivery kits, and training materials.
• Develop case studies and best-practice methodologies.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and partners.
• Stay updated on new features in GitLab product releases.
• Provide technical guidance on a broad spectrum of technologies.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience delivering SCM migration, Cloud Architecture, and CI/CD consulting services.
• Demonstrated enterprise level software development experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience in identifying complexities during scoping engagements.
