In Short

• Work with engineering component teams to deliver scalable and extensible software solutions to support business needs.
• Translate business needs, user needs and technological capabilities into developer-oriented user stories and product specifications.
• Document detailed acceptance criteria for developers and QA.
• Drive Agile principles and methodologies.
• Attend and lead Agile meetings/ceremonies as required.
• Perform acceptance testing and document bugs.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a business analyst or product owner, preferably in a technical role for a SaaS product.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Technical fluency to discuss architectural concepts with technical team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

• Remote, full-time (40h/week). PST/EST/CST hours.
