Accountant - Remote

Overview

As an Accountant at GigaKOM, you will play a dual role, combining expertise in Accounting and Purchasing, while collaborating across various departments.

In Short

• Manage the company’s Accounts Receivable department.
• Collaborate with clients on invoice-related issues.
• Support Accounts Payable tasks.
• Conduct Month-End reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting data.
• Record Journal Entries.
• Oversee the purchasing cycle.
• Resolve delivery issues for goods and services.
• Ensure timely order processing.
• Track and ensure prompt delivery of purchase orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of Purchasing experience.
• Familiarity with IT products.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Autotask and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Ethical when handling confidential information.
