In Short

• Teach IT learning fields 1 to 12 according to the IHK curriculum.
• Plan, execute, test, and deliver software projects.
• Introduction to programming (UML class diagrams, use-case diagrams, EPK, Nassi-Shneiderman diagrams, program flowcharts, pseudocode).
• Object-oriented programming with Java.
• Programming with Python.
• Web development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Develop and design databases with SQL.
• Set up IT workplaces (hardware and software).
• Introduction to networking (network topologies, components, coupling devices, protocols, OSI layers).
• Current server and client operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• IT security (attack types, firewalls, DMZ, encryption, VPN, virus protection).
• Data protection (GDPR) and data security.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT/completed computer science studies or comparable training.
• Teaching qualification examination of the IHK (AEVO) or willingness to obtain such a certification.
• Teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the sponsored education sector.
• Enjoy teaching and possess pedagogical and didactic competence.
