Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Representative.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with desktop sharing and cloud services.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
• USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
• Working webcam and a computer with specified requirements.
• Reliable internet connection.
