In Short

• Reach out to customers to provide information about products or services.
• Qualify leads over the phone and insert information into a CRM system.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer appointments.
• Make collection calls and resolve debts.
• Execute and monitor customer surveys.
• Address support tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams on lead generation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• High school graduate or certificate course.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Strong phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with current technologies and CRM systems.
• Experience with MS Office and online calendars.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• USB headset with noise cancellation and working webcam required.
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
