Overview

As a Lead Product Designer at getquin, you will take ownership of design, define the design direction, and transform the app into a user-friendly experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.

• Strong in user research methods and usability testing.
• Solid UX and visual design skills.
• Experience with mobile-first consumer products.
• Data-informed design approach using analytics.
• Good communication skills with non-designers.
• Interest in leveraging AI in design work.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Experience in fintech or wealth management is a strong plus.
