Requirements

  • Experience in claims handling or customer service.
  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Empathy and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B1/B2).
