Overview

Geonexus is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Service Delivery & Support organization, responsible for software implementations, customer training, and technical support.

In Short

  • Lead and grow a team responsible for software implementations and technical support.
  • Oversee delivery projects ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Build repeatable delivery practices and track performance metrics.
  • Create scopes of work and cost estimates in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Drive customer and partner training programs.
  • Manage the technical support function ensuring SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) a plus.
  • 8+ years in professional services or enterprise software delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing budgets and invoicing for projects.
  • Background with enterprise platforms like Esri ArcGIS, SAP, IBM Maximo, Oracle WAM/CC&B.
  • Industry knowledge in utilities or asset-intensive industries.
  • Strong track record in building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical problem solver focused on customer outcomes.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
