As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong QuickBooks expertise to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide insightful financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

In Short

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, payroll reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Handle tax preparation and filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial reporting, data management, and process automation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Work with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Solid background in accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
