Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to leverage data from multiple sources, including Epic, PowerBI, and Salesforce, to generate actionable insights and improve decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and validating semi-structured data, transforming it into meaningful information, and presenting findings through visualizations or detailed reports.

In Short

• Pull and consolidate semi-structured data from Epic, PowerBI, Salesforce, and other relevant sources.
• Input data into interactive dashboards or provide information to various internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and financial performance.
• Perform self-validation audits to ensure the highest data quality and consistency.
• Double-check data for accuracy before submission or visualization.
• Create various visual representations of data, including raw Excel data, graphical tables, and conditional formatting.
• Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports for operational and leadership teams.
• Translate complex data into understandable insights and communicate findings to leadership and relevant teams.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and present data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
• Ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights.
