Requirements

• Extensive experience with Salesforce and lead management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with lead management analytics.
• 3+ years of direct management experience.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in modernizing digital products.
• Ability to travel to Michigan quarterly if not based there.
• Master’s degree preferred.
