Senior Test Engineer - 100% Remote

Overview

GDIT is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support our Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program. This position is 100% remote and involves working closely with a cross-functional team during Agile Sprint planning and execution.

In Short

• Support ICAM program as a Senior Test Engineer.
• Write test cases and conduct test events.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and document defects.
• Track progress on JIRA ticket assignments.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and stress testing.
• Manage risks and issues in functional areas.
• Communicate test results to stakeholders.
• Work in a fast-paced DoD environment.
• Must hold an active DoD Security Clearance of SECRET or higher.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Proficiency in Agile software development and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA and Zephyr.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical proficiency with SQL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification is a plus.
• Experience with continuous integration methodologies is desired.
