Overview

We are seeking a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Policy Analyst to support federal IT modernization initiatives, focusing on compliance, regulatory frameworks, and strategic IT policy development.

In Short

  • Conduct policy research and analysis on IT modernization and FAR compliance.
  • Enable business and IT customers in developing and implementing strategy.
  • Provide policy support for federal IT transformation programs.
  • Assess risks, gaps, and conflict resolution strategies for IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Analyze policy impact on cloud migration and accessibility compliance.
  • Create process maps and standard operating procedures related to IT policies.
  • Work in a fully remote environment with occasional meetings in Washington, D.C.
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience in agile environments is desired.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT policy analysis and federal compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Experience with Federal IT policies including OMB and NIST.
  • Ability to connect policy to systems.
  • Experience in analyzing Federal IT executive orders and policies.
  • Experience facilitating working groups with multiple stakeholders.
  • Benchmark analysis experience on Federal IT policies.
  • U.S. Citizenship not required.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for Public Trust.
