In Short

• Work on onboarding customers to the NESD Helix solution.
• Prepare and analyze Foundation and Configuration data.
• Collaborate with Developers and Transition Manager.
• Create follow-on change requests and Jira stories.
• Participate in daily scrums and sprint planning meetings.
• Maintain system integrity and manage sprint load.
• Communicate effectively with customers and peers.
• Work in a remote team environment.
• Support continual service improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate ability to work productively in a remote location.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 1 year of BMC Accredited Administrator or equivalent experience.
• Experience with BMC Remedy version 20.x or higher.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies.
• Experience in Agile project methodology.
• Ability to create and edit documents in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel.
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Willingness to learn additional Helix developer tasks.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification (to be obtained within 3 months).
