InteLogix is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to join our organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of call center experience required
• Strong typing skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Superb attendance
