The Sales Agent / Sales Development Representative is the first professional contact between potential customers and the sales team, responsible for qualifying needs and ensuring proper communication with sales advisors.

Requirements

  • Enjoyment of communication and professional telephone contact
  • Goal-oriented and commitment
  • Willingness to work with clear KPIs
  • Fluent German in spoken and written form
  • Preferred: Some experience in telephone sales, inside sales, or customer contact, interest in IT services and digital topics, experience with CRM systems, desire for career development in sales
