In Short

• Responsible for executing daily trading strategies and risk management.
• Research trading strategies, build, adjust, and optimize portfolios while controlling risk to achieve returns.
• Collaborate with IT developers to optimize systems, implementing strategies based on real-world experience.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the trading manager.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Finance, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• Passion for market making and quantitative trading; overseas experience preferred.
• Familiarity with quantitative business and rules, proficiency in pricing, arbitrage, and backtesting models.
• Strong teamwork, stress resistance, written and verbal communication skills, responsibility, integrity.
• Basic programming skills in Python or similar languages, capable of data processing and strategy backtesting or implementation.
• Efficient work ethic, strong stress resistance, and good team awareness.
