• Lead and formulate detailed planning for Web3 products including Dex, Swap, Wallet, DeFi, etc.
• Write clear, high-quality product design proposals including interface design, interaction processes, and functional logic.
• Analyze market dynamics, user needs, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and propose targeted product optimization solutions.
• Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve project execution issues.
• Collaborate closely with team members and maintain good communication with stakeholders.
• Adapt product strategies based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Possess over 3 years of experience as a product manager in the internet sector.
• Have successful Web3 product experience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Direct experience in the crypto industry, familiar with EVM, Solana ecosystem, and various financial products.
• 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on finance and digital currency trading.
• Strong product planning and execution capabilities.
• Logical thinking and clear communication skills.
• Proficient in mainstream product design tools like Axure, Office, and Figma.
• Familiarity with financial markets is preferred.
