In Short

• Responsible for the architectural planning, performance optimization, and infrastructure setup of Android, iOS (one of the two), and Flutter.
• Responsible for updating core components and technical upgrades, as well as promoting the implementation of all business modules.
• High requirements for the availability, launch quality, and code quality of core components.
• Strong initiative; proactively identify, solve problems, assist in resolving issues, and predict risks.

Requirements

• Ability to lead mobile architecture upgrades and performance optimization.
• Proficient in Android or iOS or Flutter architecture construction and governance (one of the three).
• Strong understanding of IO, multithreading concurrency, JVM principles, and common system mechanisms in Android Framework.
• Proficient in iOS underlying mechanisms such as memory management, data storage, runtime, runloop, etc.
• Proficient in Flutter underlying mechanisms, DartVM, FlutterEngine, etc.
• Proficient in APP architecture design and component library technical solution design, familiar with common technical solutions in the industry.
• Strong ability to monitor APP stability and performance optimization, including startup speed, OOM, lag governance, package size, and power consumption.
• Strong data insight ability to identify performance issues based on data changes and guide performance optimization work.
• Able to tackle various complex issues and online problems, with strong capabilities to quickly locate, analyze, and solve problems.
• Years of architecture governance, performance optimization, and team management experience preferred.
• Experience in developing apps related to digital currency, blockchain, or securities industry preferred.
