Head of International & Multilingual Localization - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned localization leader to scale our global multilingual strategy and lead a high-performing team in driving crypto adoption across markets worldwide.

• Formulate and implement a company-wide multilingual localization strategy.
• Lead a team of 50+ professionals in localization efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in localization or multilingual operations.
• Experience managing teams of 30-50+ people.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and workflows.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
• Experience with CAT tools and TMS platforms.
