Overview

We are seeking an experienced SmartAdvocate Data Analyst to support reporting, dashboard development, system optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Ideal candidates will serve as a key resource for leadership and department managers by delivering actionable insights, improving visibility into firm performance, and helping optimize how we use SmartAdvocate across the organization.

In Short

• Build, maintain, and optimize custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards in SmartAdvocate.
• Manage configuration and enhancements including fields, workflows, statuses, and automation logic.
• Design user-friendly dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze case data and operational metrics for process improvement.
• Audit data quality and reporting reliability.
• Collaborate with leadership and IT to instill best practices.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity across SmartAdvocate.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SmartAdvocate within a personal injury law firm.
• Experience building and maintaining SmartAdvocate reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows.
• Experience analyzing operational data and presenting insights.
• Understanding of data integrity and reporting logic.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
