Overview

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in their Trucking Division to leverage technical skills and business knowledge for actionable reporting and dashboards.

In Short

Design, develop, and maintain data analysis solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs.
Provide first-line support for troubleshooting reporting issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Perform data validation and cleansing.
Develop business cases for process enhancements.
Utilize tools like Tableau, Excel, and Cognos.
Translate complex data into actionable insights.
3 – 6 years of experience in reporting/analytics required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills needed.

Requirements

Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Previous insurance or financial experience is a plus.
