  • Maintain a deep understanding of Gabb products and services.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience required.
  • Prior contact center experience preferred.
  • Basic technical skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service.
  • Prior experience in a contact center, preferably for a technology product or service.
  • Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, devices, and systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to actively listen.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
