Senior Full Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Backend Engineer, you will help us build features, design and implement API methods, and improve the performance and reliability of our systems.

In Short

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to implement major features
• Monitor and improve server-side performance
• Write unit, integration, and load tests
• Participate in code reviews
• Write and review technical proposals
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Requirements

• Full Stack engineer with 40-50% Backend focus
• Experience with server-side web development (Java, Scala, Ruby, Python, Golang)
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries (React)
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with large-scale production systems
• Knowledge of data structures, distributed systems, concurrency, and threading
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Code maintainability and quality focus
• Familiarity with networking technologies (TCP, HTTP, websockets)
