Overview

This role involves training large-language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code across various programming languages.

• Compare and rank multiple code snippets, explaining which is best and why.
• Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and style.
• Inject feedback into the RLHF pipeline and maintain its smooth operation.
• Generate code, have expert engineers rank and edit it, and convert feedback into reward signals for reinforcement learning.
• Requires strong code-review instincts and attention to detail.
• Work in an asynchronous, low-oversight environment.
• Minimum 15 hours/week, with up to 40 hours/week available.
• Fully remote position.
• Engagement is on a 1099 contract basis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in Python.
• Strong code-review instincts to spot logic errors and performance issues.
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
