In Short

• Lead member acquisition efforts as Director of Growth Marketing.
• Oversee performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth strategies.
• Manage a team of performance marketing channel managers.
• Collaborate with Finance and Product teams on budgets and initiatives.
• Develop and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and affiliate marketing programs.
• Drive growth for subscription-based businesses.
• Passion for fitness, health, or wellness is a plus.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing.
• Proven success in paid performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of key performance marketing platforms.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience with high-performing teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
