Retention Marketing Manager, 12 Month Fixed Term - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced marketeer who is a confident communicator with excellent skills in marketing, analytics and problem solving - essential to delivering our core metrics.

• Responsible for driving yield and revenue, and improving lifetime value across our digital and print subscriber base.
• Deliver retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers.
• Experienced in retention analytics and confident in presenting results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Customer centric with a focus on delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Reviewing how to reduce costs and maximize retention budget.
• At least 4 years experience in retention or CRM marketing.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email.
• Knowledge of CRM/CDP Platforms and automated digital journeys.
• Creative approach to managing solutions from start to finish.
• Knowledge of the latest opportunities and trends within retention marketing.

Requirements

• 4+ years in retention or CRM marketing, ideally from a subscriptions background.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM/CDP Platforms.
• Proficient in Google Workspace apps.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
