SAP VIM Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP VIM Consultant to join our team, playing a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions for our clients.

In Short

• Design, implement, and configure SAP VIM solutions tailored to client needs
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using SAP VIM
• Develop and customize SAP VIM workflows, rules, and forms
• Integrate SAP VIM with other SAP modules, including FI, MM, and AP
• Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of the project lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP VIM
• Conduct user training and create documentation for SAP VIM processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP VIM features and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss VIM solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP VIM implementation and support
• Strong expertise in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and OpenText VIM
• Proficiency in SAP ERP, particularly in financial modules (FI, MM, AP)
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA
• Solid understanding of financial processes, accounts payable, and invoice processing
• Demonstrated ability to configure and customize SAP VIM solutions
• Experience in process automation and data analysis
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
• SAP VIM certification is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Portugal and internationally
