Requirements

• Experience with remote monitoring tools such as NinjaOne or Kaseya.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Understanding of mobile devices (Android and iOS).
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and networking.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
