As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will support, maintain, and develop the core systems infrastructure for the 15below platform, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and their passengers.

• Support internal and cloud infrastructure for the 15below platform.
• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Server products.
• Monitor performance and status of server environments.
• Configure and maintain production, test, and development environments.
• Administer and configure networks across multiple remote sites.

• Support remote users and office staff with laptop/PC provisioning.
