In Short

• Build a platform to create rich, stable, and compelling user experiences.

Requirements

• Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to write tests and understand their value.
• Open to feedback and a desire to learn.
• Understanding of design patterns and clean code.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Willingness to work in a fullstack team environment.
• Bonus: Experience with high-scale web applications.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Elasticsearch or search technologies.
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce or health-tech sector.
