Overview

The Accounting Operations & Transformation Lead will play a critical role in evolving the way accounting operates at Fullscript. Responsible for managing and optimizing our accounting systems, enhancing financial processes, and ensuring operational efficiency, this role is foundational to building a scalable, future-ready finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or ERP certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting systems or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and workflows.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).
• Experience with process automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Systems thinker and clear communicator.
