Senior UI/UX Designer (Hourly/Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will collaborate with our design team to conduct research, create wireframes, and design visually appealing interfaces for websites that align with brand and user needs. Your strong Figma skills and understanding of design systems will ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the design process.

In Short

• Support in user research exercises to understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and test user interactions.
• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Work closely with UI/UX and Visual Design leads to contribute to design direction.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Figma, including the ability to utilize tokens and variables.
• Record all time worked in Jira daily.
• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency setting with multiple deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous website design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Experience wireframing large websites and incorporating existing content.
• Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience designing for websites built on content management systems is a plus.
