In Short

• Communicate with patients to collect and manage accounts.
• Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain accurate records.
• Navigate multiple systems while handling calls.
• Comply with regulatory requirements including HIPAA.
• Work either 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Assist with resolving negative credit history issues.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior PC and keyboard knowledge is mandatory.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to converse with consumers and internal customers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to write business-related documents.
