In Short

• Strengthen environmental and social policies of financial institutions.
• Analyze bank ESG policies and support advocacy for affected communities.
• Draft campaign materials and coordinate coalition meetings.

• Salary range of $63,000-$70,000 per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Environmental Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in policy and advocacy writing, research, and analysis.
• Strong writing skills across various formats.
• Experience in public speaking and advocacy.
• Ability to work with cross-cultural coalitions.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Language abilities in Spanish, French, or Mandarin preferred.
