• Develop and execute email and text messaging strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan and schedule email and text campaigns for optimal engagement.
• Set up and maintain automated email workflows and drip campaigns.
• Design and optimize email templates and text message formats.
• Plan A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned campaigns.
• Utilize data analysis for targeted campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
• Tech background is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong time management & prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
• Self-motivated and excited to work on various projects.
• Understanding basic HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
