• Seeking a Senior Clinical Informaticist for the Freenome Real World Data team.
• Manage cohort definition user interface and user access.
• Create and maintain content within the cohort definition UI.
• Facilitate updating vocabularies for semantic mapping.
• Support execution of RWD ingests and data preparation.
• Ensure clinical validity of data throughout the pipeline.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on interoperability standards.
• Develop tools for efficient data processing.
• Support ontology/terminology management system operations.
• Drive continuous improvement through data clean-up and enrichment.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in clinical informatics.
• Experience with EHR and claims data.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards.
• PharmD, MD, NP, RN, or closely related degree.
• Deep knowledge of health system ontologies.
• Applied technical experience with SQL and ETL development.
• Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mentality.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $140,250 - $216,500.
